Inner Qi Gong and Voicework Classes in Bath and London

Inner Qi Gong evolved from ancient Taoist movements, Tibetan Yoga and the western theory of Developmental Movement. It deveops the connections between body and mind through working with archetypal channels of communication, re-teaching the different parts of the person to work together harmoniously and developing a unity between mind and body.

Inner Qi Gong also uses bodywork and voicework to help really experience these inner connections.

This is a clip of the first series of Inner Qigong and shows part of the sequence that develops the TaiYin-YangMing family of meridians:
the Spleen, Lung, Large Intestine and Stomach.

These forms of Qi create our individual space and sense of identity but also allow us to be open to nourishment and support from others.

This short clip from the Inner Qigong sequence develops the communication between these meridians.
