Inner Qi Gong evolved from ancient Taoist movements, Tibetan Yoga and the western theory of Developmental Movement. It develops the connections between body and mind through working with archetypal channels of communication, re-teaching the different parts of the person to work together harmoniously and developing a unity between mind and body.

Inner Qi Gong also uses bodywork and voicework to help really experience these inner connections.
